Abstract：Objective To analyze the related factors of the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension.Methods The medical records of 80 patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed in order to summa rize the relevant factors influencing on the occurrence of postoperative complications.Results Among 80 participants, 20 patients were occurred with postoperative complications accounting for 25.00%.The occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension was related with ASA grading,Child-Pugh grading,operation of esophageal-gastric variceal ligation or not and usage of hand-assisted device,and albumin level and platelet count before surgery(P＜0.05).Conclusion The incidence of postoperative complications in patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension is high,and active prophylactic measures should be taken to reduce it.
