Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Sildenafil in neonates with persistent pulmonary hypertension(PPHN).Methods 60 patients with PPHN treated in our hospital from September 2014 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mechanical ventilation, and the treatment group was treated with Sildenafil. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The pulmonary artery systolic pressure and oxygenation index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, transcutaneous oxygen saturation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with mechanical ventilation, the effect of neonatal continuous pulmonary hypertension in children with Sildenafil in the treatment of PPHN is ideal, drug safety is high, which can effectively improve the pulmonary artery systolic pressure in children,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
