Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the treating effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy.Methods106 patients with gallbladder disease treated in Central Hospital of Pulandian District from March 2015 to May 2016 were selected.Patients were grouped by computer random grouping method,and each group was 53 cases.The routine group was given open cholecystectomy,and the experimental group was given laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The effect between the two groups was compared.ResultsThe bleeding amount during operation in the experimental group were significantly fewer than those of the routine group,operation time,hospitalization time,gastrointestinal function recovery time were significantly shorter than those of the routine group(P＜0.01).The incidence of postoperative intestinal adhesion in the experimental group was 3.77%,which was significantly lower than that of the routine group(24.53%)(P=0.0020).The incidence of total complication in the experimental group was 9.43%,which was significantly lower than that of the routine group(30.19%)(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder diseases is remarkable,and its safety is more higher,and the hospitalization time and operation time were shorter,and the complications are fewer.It is worthy of practice and popularization.
