Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the effect of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy in digestive tract diseases.Methods396 digestive tract diseases patients from September 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into two groups according to different check mode, and each group was 198 cases.Patients in observation group were used painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and the control group were used conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy. The changes of heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)in the two groups before, during and after the examination were recorded and compared. The adverse reactions in the course of the examination were compared, and the results of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe heart rate, blood pressure and SpO2of the observation group did not change significantly at each time point(P>0.05);The heart rate and blood pressure during operation and after operation were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01);The intraoperative rate and blood pressure in the control group were significantly higher than those before operation and after operation(P<0.01),but there was no significant change in SpO2(P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse effect in observation group was 10.10%,significant lower than that was 57.58%in control group(P<0.01).In the examination, the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 93.93%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(77.28%)(P <0.01).ConclusionCompared with routine gastrointestinal endoscopy, painless gastrointestinal endoscopy has less pain, lower rate of adverse reactions, higher compliance, and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
