Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Flurbiprofen Axetil Injection of 1 mg/kg for intravenous injection on postoperative pain after laparoscopic appendectomy and its influence on platelet aggregation function.Methods60 patients undergoing endoscopic appendectomy admitted into our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were evenly divided into two groups according to the random number method.30 patients were given normal saline 5 ml for intravenous injection after postoperative sober(the control group),and 30 patients were given Flurbiprofen Axetil Injection of 1 mg/kg for intravenous injection after postoperative sober(the study group).Resting visual analogue scale(VAS),active VAS score, and platelet aggregation function(PAG)were compared between the two groups before medication(T1),after 15 min medication(T2),after 30 min medication(T3),after 1 h medication(T4),after 2 h medication(T5),after 4 h medication (T6)and after 6 h medication (T7).The incidence of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed in both groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in VAS score at T1and T2during resting and activity in both groups(P>0.05).At T3,T4,T5,T6,T7,VAS score in the study group during resting and activity was significantly decreased, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PAG level at T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6and T7between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionFlurbiprofen Axetil Injection of 1 mg/kg for intravenous injection in patients receiving laparoscopic appendectomy can effectively inhibit postoperative pain, and will not affect platelet aggregation function, with no significant adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
