Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic and traditional hernia tension-free repair. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,64 patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital were selected as subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups by the computer method, each group with 32 cases. The control group was used traditional hernia tension-free repair and the observation group was used laparoscopic inguinal hernia tension-free repair.Perioperative index, incidence rate of complications and wound healing of two groups were compared. Results The time of operation, postoperative pain and hospital stay in observation group were (16.58±5.76)min,(4.23±2.05)d and (2.88±1.26)d respectively, they were shorter than the control group (30.85±9.37)min,(7.54±2.12)d, (5.69±1.43)d,the differences were statistical significance (P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was (3.47±0.52)ml it was less than the control group [(7.13±0.55)ml],and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group (9.52%) than that in the control group (28.57%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Incidence rate of complications was 9.52%,lower than that in the control group (28.57%)(P<0.05).The wound healing in the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of aparoscopic inguinal hernia tension-free repair in treating inguinal hernia patients is better than traditional hernia tension-free repair, and it is suitable for clinical application.
