Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery in the treatment of spinal trauma.M ethodsFrom January 2013 to January 2016,83 cases of spinal trauma in our hospital were selected as the research object, all patientswere randomly divided into the observation group (42 cases)and the control group(41 cases). The observation group was givenminimally invasive spine trauma surgery, the control group was treated with traditional open spinal trauma surgery. The observation indexes related to the clinical efficacy, the operation time, bleeding volume, bed rest time, hospitalization time, postoperative 24 h pain and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.ResultsThemarkedly effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than 73.17%of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, the amount of bleeding in the operation of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the pain score of the 24 h after operation of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time and bed rest time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.76%,which was significantly lower than 24.39%in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionMinimally invasive spinal trauma surgery can significantly reduce the surgical injury to patients, reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications, improve clinical efficacy, and accelerate the recovery of patients, and has good clinical value.
