Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of immune function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)and sleep disordered breathing (OSAHS).MethodsFrom January 2014 to March 2017,46 patients with COPD treated in our hospital were selected as the COPD group,39 patients with OSAHS were selected as the OSAHS group,40 patients with overlap syndrome (OS)were selected as the OS group. The lung function of the three groups was compared, and the T lymphocyte subsets such as CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 levels in the three groups were examined by flow cytometry, and the difference between the three groups was analyzed.ResultsThe apnea hypopnea index (AHI)of the COPD group was significantly lower than that of the OSAHS group and the OS group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of FEV1and FEV1/FVC in OSAHS group was significantly higher than that in the COPD group and the OS group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The levels of CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the OS group was significantly lower than that in the OSAHS group and the COPD group, with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the other indicators between the three groups(P>0.05).ConclusionThe immune function of patients with OS is significantly lower than that of patients with COPD or OSAHS.Ventilator therapy can improve the immune function of patients, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
