Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the value of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic intrauterine device.MethodsCase data of 50 patients whose built-in synthetic were suspected to be ectopic,broken,retained or embedded in the gynecological examination and the conventional intrauterine contraceptive apparatus extraction was unsuccessful in our hospital from December 2014 to March 2016 was retrospectively analyzed.All patients were diagnosed and treated with hysteroscopy and (or)laparoscopy,and the improvement of symptoms and satisfaction with the medical staff after taking out the birth control device was observed.ResultsIntrauterine devices of the 50 cases were successfully removed,including 8 cases of pelvic abdominal cavity,16 cases of fracture and residual,and 26 cases of embedded meal.The total effective rate of improvement of irregular vaginal bleeding,lumbosacral pain,abdominal pain,menstrual disorder was 100%.Patients′satisfaction with medical staff was 94%.ConclusionHysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic intrauterine device,can clearly ectopic location and surgical trauma is small,the success rate is high.It is worth clinical promotion.
