ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of hemorrhoid bleeding.Methods96 patients with hemorrhoid bleeding treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group contained 48 patients.Observation group received:automatic ligation of hemorrhoids while control group received traditiona lligation. The treatment effect, average operation time and the incidence of complication were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group(93.7%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.7%),while the average operation time[(7.1±1.4)min]was significantly lower than that of the control group[(10.6±1.1)min],and the tota lincidence of complications(4.2%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(25.0%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of hemorrhoids bleeding is good, the operation time is short and the complications are few,so it can be popularized and applied in clinic.
