Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of applying clinical nursing pathway on health education in patients with bronchial asthma.MethodsA total of 30 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2016 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the observation group (n=16)and the control group(n=15).The control group was given health education in a traditional way,while the observation group was given health education by the clinical pathway.The rate of mastering related knowledge and skills on the disease,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe rate of mastering related knowledge and skills on the disease,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group(87.5%,87.5%,93.8%)were higher than those in the control group(73.3%,66.7%,93.8%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of clinical nursing pathway to health education in patients with bronchial asthma can significantly enhance the health education effect,strengthen the communication between nurse and patient,and play positive roles in improving the nursing quality and patient′s satisfaction.
