Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of laparoscope in treatment of ectopic pregnancy and its influence on the postoperative pregnancy rate.MethodsAltogether 118 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2016 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 59 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparotomy;while, the study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery;through 1-year postoperative follow-up,the treatment effectiveness and pregnancy rate of two groups were compared.ResultsThe duration of surgery of study group and control group was (43.57±12.68)min and (71.32±15.91)min respectively;the intraoperative blood loss of study group and control group was(45.68±5.80)ml and (165.30±17.14)ml,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);the anal exhaust time, catheter indwelling time, ambulation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the intrauterine pregnancy rate of the study group at 1-year postoperative was 74.58%,higher than that of the control group (45.76%),the pregnancies of the two group has statistically significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with traditional laparotomy, laparoscopic surgery has less traumatic and faster in postoperative recovery for ectopic pregnancy patients, and can significantly improve the pregnancy rate, which is suitable for popularization and application.
