Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the nursing of patients with advanced ovarian cancer treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin.MethodsA total of 122 patients with advanced ovary treated with cisplatin combined with paclitaxel in our hospital from May 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the objects were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the obsevation group was given comprehensive humanistic nursing.The clinical effect,the incidence of adverse reaction,anxiety and depression and quality of life were compared between two groups.ResultsThe incidence of clinical effect in the observation group(85.25%)was higher than that in the control group(63.93%),the incidence of adverse reaction,anxiety and depression(3.28%,47.54%,45.90%)were lower than those in the control group(16.39%,77.05%,73.77%),the score of quality of life[(82.32±1.21)points]was higher than that in the control group[(69.76±0.89)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe comprehensive humanistic nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and psychological comfort of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer patients,and can reduce the the incidence of adverse reaction,improve the clinical treatment effect.
