Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application efficacy of high-quality nursing intervention post-operational patients with hyperparathyroidism secondary to uremia.Methods43 post-operational patients with hyperparathyroidism secondary to uremia in our hospital from June 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the control group and given general nursing service;another 43 patients from March 2016 to November 2016 were selected as the observation group and given high-quality nursing intervention.The degree of anxiety,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complication were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore intervention,there were no significantly different between the scores of SAS in two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of SAS in two groups were all decreased,and compared with those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).And those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complication was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionHigh-quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the post-operational anxiety of patients with uremia secondary hyperparathyroidism,which is featured with less complications and high patients′satisfaction.
