Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the diagnostic value of endoscopic narrow band imaging (NBI)in early gastric cancer.MethodsFrom January 2013 to August 2015,80 cases of early gastric cancer patients in our hospital were selected, and ordinary white light endoscopy,NBI magnification endoscopy were given. The diagnostic results of two methods were compared according to the standard of pathological results.ResultsThe sensitivity, specificity and histopathological findings of NBI examination method was significantly higher than that of ordinary white endoscopy, with significant difference(P<0.05).The image quality score of contours of the lesion, the morphology of the pueraria and microvascular morphology of the NBI examination method was significantly higher than that of the ordinary white endoscopy, with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the digestive medicine,NBI diagnosis of patients can accurately identify the early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions, which is conducive to the diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible,it is worthy of clinical promotion application.
