Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of bilateral craniotomy bone flap decompression treating STBD.Methods45 patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the control group, and 45 cases with severe craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from September 2014 to March 2017 were selected as the observation group. The clinical data of two groups was analyzed retrospectively. The control group was treated with the conventional unilateral craniotomy, and the observation group was treated with bilateral craniotomy bone flap decompression.ResultsAfter treating with different methods, the good recovery condition after operation of the observation group was better than that of the control group. For the improve condition of GCS score, there was no evident difference for GCS score before operation between two groups(P>0.05).After treating with different methods, GCS score of the observation group was(10.22±0.99)scores,and that of the control group was(6.77±1.65)scores.The difference between two groups was evident(P<0.05).ConclusionApplying bilateral craniotomy bone flap decompression to treat STBD not only can evidently improve the life quality of patients and reduce the mortality rate, but also achieves better treatment effect, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
