注意缺陷多动障碍儿童自我意识水平的研究分析

摘要目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）儿童的自我意识水平。方法选择2014年8月～2016年8月我院儿保中心训练基地收治的42例ADHD患儿作为研究对象，设为观察组；同时选择在我院进行健康体检的42例健康儿童设为对照组。使用瑞文测验联合型（CRT）以及Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表（PHCSS）测定并比较两组儿童的自我意识水平。结果研究组PHCSS量表中行为、智力和学校、躯体和属性、焦虑、合群、幸福和满足及总评分评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；研究组患儿的智商水平为102.55±11.56，显著低于对照组（115.12±10.75），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；两组儿童智商水平分布情况比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患儿自我意识水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论ADHD儿童的自我意识水平相比健康儿童明显偏低，这与家长的教育存在一定关系。因此，家长在改正自己的教育态度和方式同时，还要加强对患儿的行为干预，以提升其自尊心自我意识水平，促进其健康成长。

Abstract：Objective To explore the level of self-awareness in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods Forty-two children with ADHD were selected from August 2014 to August 2016,and 42 healthy children in our hospital were selected as the control group.The self-awareness of the two groups of children was measured and compared using the Rivet Test Combined(CRT)and the Piers-Harris Children′s Self-Consciousness Scale (PHCSS).Results The scores of behavior,intelligence and school,physical and attribute,anxiety,gregariousness,happiness and satisfaction and total score of PHCSS were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.01).The level of IQ in the study group(102.55±11.56)was significantly lower than that of the control group(115.12±10.75),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).The level distribution of IQ between the two groups had statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The level of self-consciousness in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The level of self-awareness of children with ADHD is significantly lower than that of healthy children,which has a certain relationship with parents′education.Therefore,parents should to correct their attitude and manner of education,and strengthen the behavior of children to intervene in order to enhance their self-esteem level of self-awareness and promote their healthy growth.
