Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effect of nifedipine contro11ed re1ease tab1et in the treatment of hypertension nephropathy. Methods 148 patients with hypertension nephropathy in our hospita1 from January 2013 to January 2015 were se1ected and random1y divided into the observation group and the contro1 group，74 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with nifedipine，the contro1 group was treated with benazepri1.Rena1 function index，hypertension contro1 1eve1，c1inica1 effect and adverse reaction between the two groups was compared at 12thweek after treatment respective1y. Results The tota1 effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the contro1 group，with significant difference (P＜0.05).The 1eve1 of SBP，DBP，24 h urinary protein after treatment in the observation group was 1ower than that in the contro1 group，the 1eve1 of UA after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the contro1 group，with significant difference (P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 6.76%，which was 1ower than 16.22% in the contro1 group，with significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion The effect of nifedipine contro11ed re1ease tab1et in the treatment of hypertension nephropathy is effective and safe，it is worthy of c1inica1 promotion and app1ication.
