孟鲁司特钠联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗小儿变异性哮喘的效果观察

摘要目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院2010年5月～2013年5月收治人院的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者200例作为研究对象，将其随机均分为实验组和对照组，每组100例。实验组给予孟鲁司特钠联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗；对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果实验组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝8.199，P＜0.01）；与治疗前比较，两组治疗后血清IgE、IL-4、TNF-α水平均显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组血清IgE、IL-4、TNF-α下降水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）；实验组治疗后症状缓解时间和症状消失时间均显著短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）；观察组复发率（4.0％）显著低于对照组（11.0％），两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4.585，P＜0.05）。结论孟鲁司特钠联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著，不良反应少，复发率低，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the effect and safety of monte1ukast sodium combined with BCG-po1ysaccharide nuceic acid in treating chi1dren with cough variant asthma.Methods 200 chi1dren with cough variant asthma patients from May 2010 to May 2013 of our hospita1 were se1ected as study objects.Patients were random1y divided into experimenta1 group and contro1 group,and each group was 100 cases.Patients in experimenta1 group were given monte1ukast sodium combined with BCG-po1ysaccharide nuceic acid and patients in contro1 group were given monte1ukast sodium.C1inica1 effect and safety between two groups were compared.Results The tota1 effective in experimenta1 group was obvious higher than that of contro1 group,and the difference was statistica1 significance（χ2＝8.199,P＜0.01）.Compared with before treatment,the 1eve1 of serum IgE,IL-4 and TNF-α decreased obvious after treatment,and the difference was statistica1 significance（P＜0.05）.The 1eve1 of serum IgE,IL-4 and TNF-α in experimenta1 group decreased more obvious than that of contro1 group,and the difference was statistica1 significance（a11 P＜0.05）.After treatment,symptoms a11eviated time and symptoms disappeared time in experimenta1 group was obvious shorter than that of contro1 group respective1y, and the difference was statistica1 significance（a11 P＜0.05）.The recurrence rate was 4.0％in experimenta1 group,obvious 1ower than that was 11.0％in contro1 group,and the difference was statistica1 significance（χ2＝4.585,P＜0.05）.Conclusion Monte1ukast sodium combined with BCG-po1ysaccharide nuceic acid in treating chi1dren with cough variant asthma has obvious effect,1itt1e adverse reaction,1ow recurrence rate and high safety.It is worth to popu1arize in c1inic.
