Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of application of laparoscopic conservative therapy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.MethodsNinety-four cases of ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission time.47 cases of the control group were treated with open surgery;while 47 cases of the observation group were treated by laparoscopic conservative surgeries.Both two groups were treated with fallopian tube radiography examinations after the surgery,and the patency rate of fallopian tube was compared between two groups.ResultsThe patency rate of fallopian tube in the observation group(83.0%)was higher than that in the control group(57.4%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The volume of intra-operative blood transfusion of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,the duration of surgery and length of stay of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);no serious complications occurred in two groups of patient.ConclusionLaparoscopic conservative surgery for patients with ectopic pregnancy is significantly effective,those surgical indicators are more excellent compared with open conservative surgery,and increases the patency rate of fallopian tube significantly,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
