Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the psychological state and nursing counter measures of patients with breast cancer.MethodsClinical data of 60 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into intervention group and control group by the different nursing measures, each of 30 cases.Patients in the control group were given the routine care;the intervention group was given comfort nursing intervention measures on the basis of routine nursing.SDS and SAS were used to assess the level of depression and anxiety in patients at the time of admission and discharge.FACT-B was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients;nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups.ResultsScores of SDS and SAS of the two groups before nursing intervention had no significant difference (P>0.05).After nursing intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS of patients in the two groups were decreased significantly compared with before nursing intervention, and the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the scores and the total score of FACT-B of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effective nursing intervention measures can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with breast cancer and other negative mental state, contribute to the improvement of the quality of life, promote the recovery of patients, improve the nursing satisfaction.
