Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on improving the bad mood and delivery outcome of parturient.Methods100 parturient with threatened labor and negative emotions from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given birth process of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the routine nursing care.The time of labor,the occurrence of negative emotion and the outcome of delivery were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe first,second,third labor time and the total labor time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse mood in the observation group was 14%,which was lower than 72%in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia,distress and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionIntegrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing has a significant role in improving maternal adverse emotions and delivery outcomes,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
