Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of vaginal ovarian cyst removal on benign ovarian tumors.MethodsEighty patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted in Ruijin People′s Hospital from June 2014 to September 2015 were double-blind randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group.Observation group and control group were treated by vaginal ovarian cystectomy, laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy treatment respectively, and the clinical results of the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss and complication between the two groups (P>0.05).There were significant differences in the postoperative analgesic use, postoperative first ventilatory time, ambulation time and length of hospital stay between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionOvarian cyst and laparoscopic ovarian cyst ablation for benign ovarian cysts do not produce great trauma, which will help the patients recover early. However, the former can achieve the effect without scars and less postoperative analgesic drugs.
