Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the differential diagnostic value of CRP in gynecological infections diseases.MethodsEighty-two patients with infectious diseases of gynecologic in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the experimental group, while 20 healthy women were collected as the control group. All subjects were tested for CRP and WBC.ResultsThere were significant differences in CRP of patients with inflammation, cervicitis, urethritis, endometritis and vaginitisof between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.05).There were significant differences in WBC of patients with inflammation, urethritis, and endometritis between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.05),but the WBC values of the cervicitis and vaginitis had no significant difference with the control group(P>0.05).The total positive rate of CRP detection(92.7%)in gynecological infections was significantly higher than the total positive rate of WBC detection(61.2%)(P<0.01).ConclusionThe rate of CRP detection is significantly higher than the WBC detection, can be used as gynecological infectious diseases routine diagnostic methods to assist clinical screening, which was worthy of clinical application.
