Abstract：Objective To explore the nursing effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine on treating infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction.M ethods 74 patients with infertility due to tubal obstruction from September 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,37 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy and conventional nursing, the observation group was given traditional Chinesemedicine treatment and corresponding nursingmeasures on the basis of the control group.The pregnancy and dysmenorrhea improvement after therapy for one yearwere compared in both groups.Results The total improvement rate of dysmenorrhea in the observation group was 97.3％,which was higher than 78.3％in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The pregnant rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction can obtain a definite effect,and which can remarkably increase pregnancy rate and dysmenorrhea improvement rate.
