Abstract：Objective To explore the application and effect of standardization of the key management system in the psychiatric ward.M ethods A department in our hospital from January to June 2016 was randomly selected as the pilot, the decentralized managementmode in the pastwas changed,and the key centralized management of the ward was given,and the departmentwas selected as the research group.At the same time,according to themedical staff education,the number,sex and other matching,the use of distributed key managementmodel of another section was selected as the control group.The incidence rate of key management problems of staff for 6 months,the incidence rate of key related adverse events in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of key management problems in the research group was 5.0％,which was lower than 32.5％in the controlgroup,with significant difference(P＜0.01).The incidence rate of related adverse events in the research group was 1.0％,which was lower than 12.0％in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardization of the keymanagement system in the psychiatric ward can greatly improve the quality of clinical care,reduce the key related adverse events,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
