Abstract:Objective To compare the diagnostic accuracy and clinical value of X-ray,CT and MRⅠin lumbar disc herniation. Methods 74 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected and received X-ray,CT and MRⅠthree kinds of imaging examination. The diagnostic value of the three methods were compared and analyzed, and the imaging findings of lumbar disc herniation were summarized.ResultsⅠn 74 patients with intervertebral disc protrusion, the detection rates of X-ray,MRⅠand CT was 21.62%,74.32%and 87.84%,respectively. The detection rate of X-ray examination was lower than that of MRⅠand CT examination, with significant difference(P<0.05).The detection rate of MRⅠwas higher than that of CT,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The accurate rate of MRⅠin the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation is better than X-ray and CT,but the length of scan time and high price also become the short board.CT is more applicable to clinical, and it is more sensitive than x-ray.When there are large differences in the results of CT examination, which should be combined with MRⅠto improve the detection rate of complementary.
