Abstract：Objective To explore the curative effect of Omeprazole quadruple therapy in children with peptic ulcer combined with Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods 70 children with peptic ulcer combined with Helicobacter pylori infection treated in our hospital from May 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group，35 cases in each group.Control group was given triple therapy including Clarithromycin，Amoxicillin and Omeprazole，while observation group was given quadruple therapy including Bismuth potassium citrate，Clarithromycin，Amoxicillin and Omeprazole.The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of control group was 77.14%，which was significantly lower than 94.29%of observation group （P＜0.05）；the ulcer healing rate and the pain relief rate of observation group was 80.00%and 88.57%respectively，which was significantly higher than 54.29%and 48.57%of control group，while the adverse reaction rate of observation group was 5.71%，which was significantly lower than 22.86%of control group（P＜0.05）；The positive checked rate of helicobacter pylori of observation group was 5.71%，which was significantly lower than 25.71%of control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Omeprazole quadruple therapy for children with peptic ulcer combined with Helicobacter pylori infection has significant efficacy.It can quickly eradicate Helicobacter pylori，relieve patients＇pain，effectively control infection，make ulcer surface quickly heal，reduce adverse reactions of drugs，shorten recovery time，improve patients＇living quality，which isworthy of clinical generalization and application.
