Abstract:Objective To investigate the pathogenic bacteria distribution and correlation of incision infection after appendicitis operation. Methods From March 2014 to March 2016 100 patients with underwent open appendectomy were randomly selected in our hospital departmentof general surgery, the incision infection, and implement the appendix cavity secretion culture, postoperative infection of incisionalwound secretion culture and drug sensitive testwere observed. Results In 100 patients, postoperative emergence of incision infection were 12 cases(12.0%);88 cases of incision uninfected patients with appendicitis secretions sent for culture and drug sensitivity were 25 cases, showing 20 cases were positive,a total separation of 28 isolates,Escherichia coli accounted for the highest proportion;12 cases of incisional infection implementation wound secretions for bacterial culture, showing were positive,16 strains,Escherichia coli accounted for the highest proportion. Conclusion Escherichia coli is themain pathogenic bacteria of incision infection after appendectomy, the highest resistance to antibiotics such as ampicillin penicillin;appendicitis postoperative incision infection pathogens is connected with appendicitis pathogen.
