Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of arginine combined with naloxone in treatment of hepatic cirrhosis complicated with hepatic encephalopathy therapeutic. Methods 106 cases of liver cirrhosis complicated with hepatic encephalopathy patients in our hospital outpatient or inpatient treatment from April 2010 to March 2013 were divided into two groups according to the different treatment time,53 cases in each group;the control group was given naloxone infusion therapy, the treatment group was given naloxone and arginine infusion for treatment. The effect of two groups before and after treatment, blood ammonia, serum totalbilirubin(TBil),alanineaminotransferase(ALT),glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (AST)level changes, the incidence of adverse reaction were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group after treatment was 90.57%,significantly higher than 75.47%in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment, blood ammonia,TBil,ALT,AST levels of two groupswas significantly lower than that before treatment respectively, with statistical difference(P<0.01);blood ammonia,TBil,ALT,AST levels decreased after treatment in treatment group was better than that of control group after treatment(P<0.01);the two groups of patients during treatment had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion Curative effect of arginine combined with naloxone in treatment of liver cirrhosis complicated with hepatic encephalopathy is definite.
