系统性护理干预对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的影响

摘要目的探讨系统性护理干预对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的影响。方法选取2015年7月21日～2016年11月20日我院110例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，各55例。对照组实施常规性护理干预，观察组患者实施系统性护理干预，比较两组患者的出血次数及抢救成功率。结果干预前，两组患者出血次数比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后观察组患者出血次数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者抢救成功率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者实施系统性护理干预，能提高抢救成功率，减少平均出血次数，值得进一步推广和应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore effect of systemic nursing intervention on patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.M ethods110 patientswith liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital from July 21st2015 until November 20th2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given systemic nursing intervention.The number of bleeding and the success rate were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore intervention,there were no significant differences between the number of bleeding in two groups(P＞0.05);after intervention,the number of bleeding in the observation group were less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The success rate in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionFor the patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,systemic care intervention can improve the success rate and reduce the average number of bleeding fruit.It isworth of further promotion and application.
