Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore effect of systemic nursing intervention on patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.M ethods110 patientswith liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital from July 21st2015 until November 20th2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given systemic nursing intervention. The number of bleeding and the success rate were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore intervention, there were no significant differences between the number of bleeding in two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the number of bleeding in the observation group were less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFor the patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, systemic care intervention can improve the success rate and reduce the average number of bleeding fruit. It isworth of further promotion and application.
