Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Naloxone combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment of acute alcoholism.Methods 180 cases with acute alcoholism treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups from January 2014 to June 2016.The control group was treated with Naloxone alone,while the observation group was treated with Naloxone combined with Xingnaojing.The curative effect,improvement time of symptom and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in patients betwee two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Consciousness recovery time,drug onset time,improvement time of symptom and disappear time of symptom in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Th incidence rate of advers reactions(nausea,vomiting,elevated blood pressure and arrhythmia and so on)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Naloxone combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment of acute alcoholism has obvious curative effect,and can quickly improve symptoms,promote the recovery of consciousness with fewer adverse reactions.It has positive clinical significance.
