Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical application value of Huangkui capsule combined with Tripterygium glucoside tablets in the treatment of stage of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 96 patients with stageⅣ diabetic nephropathy in the hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group and the control group，43 cases in the control group，with Huangkui capsule in the treatment，observation group（53 cases）with Huang Kui capsule combined with Tripterygium wilfordiimulti glycoside tablet in the treatment.The 24 h urine protein，blood urea nitrogen，triglyceride，serum creatinine level of the two groups before and after treatment one month after treatment，twomonths after treatment，threemonthswere detected and compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.01）.After treatment，most patientswith liver and renal function improved，blood protein increased，the levels declined and at the same time contrast observation group were significantly better than the control group，the difference had statistical significance （P＜0.05）.No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Huangkui capsule and Tripterygium glycosides tablet can significantly improve the clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy Ⅳand can be popularized in clinical treatment.
