Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Benazepril combining with Amlodipine in the treatment of refractory hypertension.Methods 120 patientswith refractory hypertension in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different therapeutic methods，60 cases in each group.The control group was only given Benazepril，the observation group was given the combination of Benazepril and Amlodipine.The level of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure，clinical effect before and after treatmentwas compared in the two groups.Results The level of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The level of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Benazepril and Amlodipine can improve clinical symptoms in the treatment of refractory hypertension with a good effect，which isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
