Abstract:Objective To clinically observe the effect of oral administration of dyclonine hydrochloridemucilage on pediatric gastroscopy.M ethods From January to March in 2016,300 pediatric participantswho were willing to accept gastroscopy in our hospital were selected. They were evenly divided into and control group in random,150 cases in each group.Check before 10 to 15 min,the patients of experimental group were provided with dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage 5ml,the patients of control group were given lidocainemucilage 5ml.The difficulty of inserting probe and effect of removing bubblewere compared in the two groups. Results In the control group, the difficulty of inserting probe in the gastroscopy was 65.33%,much lower than that of experimental group accounting for 86.00%,with a statistical difference (P<0.05).In the experimental group, the effective rate of remove bubble was 88.00%,greatly better than that of control group accounting for 60.66%,with a statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of dyclonine hydrochloridemucilage as an adjuvant drug before pediatric gastroscopy can greatly improve patient′s compliance and is beneficial to ameliorate the quality of gastroscopy.
