Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with dezocine in intravenous analgesia after gynecologic surgery. Methods 100 patients with ASAⅠtoⅡdegree and without anesthesia taboo,elective surgery and needed postoperative intravenous analgesia patients from August 2014 to June 2015 of our hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into three groups,Group A was simply flurbiprofen axetil control group, group B was simply dezocine group and group C was flurbiprofen axetil combined with dezocine group.The clinical analgesia effect among three groups was compared. Results Visual analogue scale at different time points after operation of group C compared with group A and group B,the difference was not statistically significant（P＞0.05）.24 h postoperative analgesia score In group C was（2.31＋1.40）points,which was lower than（2.59＋1.74）points,（2.61＋1.75）points respectively in group A and group B,with no statistical differenc（P＞0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in group C was lower than that of group A and group B respectively,the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion With the aid of flurbiprofen axetil combined with dezocine,the intravenous analgesia effect is obvious using in gynecologic surgery postoperative analgesia.It can reduce the pain degree of patients and with slight adverse reaction.It is worth to use for its significant meaning.
