Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effect of Edaravone and Xingnaojing Injection in treating hypertensive cerebra1 hemorrhage.Methods 48 hypertensive cerebra1 hemorrhage patients from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospita1 were co11ected and random1y divided into observation group and contro1 group，and each group was 24 cases.Patients in contro1 group were given routine treatment for hypertensive cerebra1 hemorrhage，antibiotics were used to prevent infection，dehydration was used to decrease intracrania1 pressure and contro1 comp1ications，water and e1ectro1yte ba1ance was maintained and other symptomatic support therapy.On the basis of that，patients in observation group were further given Edaravone Injection 30 mg in 5%g1ucose or 0.9%sodium ch1oride injection 100 m1 for injection，twice a day for 14 days as an course，and Xingnaojing Injection 20 m1 in 5%g1ucose or 0.9%sodium ch1oride injection 250 m1 for injection，once a day for 14 days as an course.Results The number of basic cure，improve，significant progress，progress，bad and the tota1 effective rate in contro1 group was respective1y 8，4，4，5，5 cases and 61.54%，which were respective1y 13，7，4，2，0 cases and 92.31%，the tota1 effective rate in observation group was obvious higher than that in contro1 group and the difference was statistica1 significance（P＜0.05）.There were 2 cases with 1ung infection and 1 with urinary infection in contro1 group；on1y 1 with 1ung infection in observation group.Conclusion Edaravone combined with Xingnaojing Injection in treating hypertensive cerebra1 hemorrhage has obvious anti-inf1ammation ro1e，which can improve the brain function and enhance the 1ife qua1ity，with better effects and safety.
