ComParison the effects of different methods in treating comPlete hand skin tissue of degloving injury

Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the effects of bi1atera1 toes combined with primary repair in treating comp1ete hand skin tissue of deg1oving injury.Methods 10 hands skin tissue of deg1oving injury patients from January 2010 to January 2015 of our hospita1 were given doub1e parapodum toe phi1 side f1ap with the fourth toenai1 skin f1ap in both hands，with doub1e dorsa1is pedis f1ap to cover the back of hand and femora1 antero1atera1 f1ap covering of the pa1m of hands（group A）.8 cases were given traditiona1 abdomina1 pocket f1ap repair in our hospita1 at the same term were se-1ected as contro1 group（group B）.Hand fee1ing recovery situation，active tota1 range of motion（ROM），grip strength，static two-point discrimination（s2PD），and time of going back to work between two groups were compared.Results 10 patients in group A，with 9 cases survived and 1 necrosis；1 cases appeared venous crisis within 24 h after operation and recovered after given phaseⅡf1ap repair，cured after skin f1aps repaired，the reengineering finger surviva1 but the appearance was 1ess than rep1antation patients.A11 patients got fo11owing up and the time from 6 to 24 months.Two finger tip reso-1ution was 4.8 mm.10 patients in group B，with 9 cases survived and 1 necrosis.The hand fee1ing recovery situation and ROM in group A was obvious better than that of group B respective1y with statistica1 difference（P＜0.05）.The time of going back to work in group A was obvious shorter than that of group B with statistica1 difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Bi1atera1 toes combined with primary repair can repair the appearance and function of finger defects，with good effects.It is a good choice for the treatment of hand skin tissue of deg1oving injury.
