Abstract：There are few studies about neuropeptide Y in diabetics.The paper exp1ored and reviewed the fo11owing aspects inc1uding the bio1ogica1 characteristics，physio1ogica1 effect，re1ationship between mu1ti-system diseases，and re1ationship in diabetics of neuropeptide Y aiming at providing he1p for managing diabetics and reducing perioperative risk.
