Clinical aPPlication of laParoscoPe combined with gastroscoPe for minimal invasion in the treatment of gastric stromal tumor

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical application effect of laparoscope combined with gastroscope for minimal invasion in the treatment of gastric stromal tumor. Methods 15 patients with gastric stromal tumor underwent minimal invasion therapy via laparoscope and gastroscope from March 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the combination group.15 patients with gastric stromal tumor treated by laparotomy during the same period was selected as the laparotomy group.The operation time，amount of bleeding during operation，recovery time of food intake，time to be off bed，time to remove gastric tube，hospital stay，and the incidence rate of postoperative complication was compared in both groups respectively. Results The amount of bleeding during operation in the combination group was less than that in the laparotomy group，The time to remove gastric tube，recovery time of food intake，time to be off bed，hospital stay in the combination group was shorter than that in the laparotomy group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The incidence rate of postoperative complication in the combination group was 6.66%，which was lower than 40.00%in the laparotomy group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Minimal invasion therapy via laparoscope and gastroscope in the treatment of gastric stromal tumor can obtain a definite clinical effect，reduce surgical trauma and complication，accelerate postoperative recovery，shorten hospital stay，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
