Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of using health education on self-nursing capability and postpartum rehabilitation of post-discharge primipara. Methods 114 primiparas from February 2014 to June 2015 were selected and random divided into control group and observation group,each group was 57 cases.Primiparas in control group were given routine nursing and primiparas in observation group were given health education.The self-nursing capability and postpartum rehabilitation situation in two groups were compared. Results The self-nursing capability in observation group was better than that of control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);The postnatal SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than that of control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);The initial time of lactation,the uterus into the pelvic cavity and hemorrhagic duration of lochia in observation group were shorter than that of control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Using health education in post-discharge primiparas can obvious enhance primipara self-nursing capability,alleviate adverse emotion and promote primipara recovery.
