Abstract:Objective To explore the application effects of refinement grading nursing in unattended severe wards. Methods 120 elderly patients from July 2014 to September 2015 of unattended severe wards in our hospital were selected and were divided into study group(n=62)and control group(n=58)according to random number table.Patients in control group were given traditional grading nursing and patients in study group were used refinement grading nursing clinical pathway.The anxiety and self-rating depression scale score,satisfaction of each nursing and nursing satisfaction in two groups before and after admission were recorded and compared. Results When discharged,the SAS score and SDS score in two groups decreased comparing with admission(P<0.05),and the SAS score and SDS score in study group were lower than that of control group and the significance difference(P<0.05);The needed satisfy,corresponding taking care for staying in bed cannot provide for oneself,service attitude of nurses,operating skill of nursing,propaganda and education for checking the preventive care,medical care fee,often rounding ward or not and mental nursing in two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);The satisfaction in study and control group were respectively 96.77%and 75.86%,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Refinement grading nursing has obvious clinical application effects in unattended severe wards,which with high nursing satisfaction,can enhance nursing quality obviously and is worth to popularize and application greatly in clinical.
