Abstract：Objective To explore the high quality nursing method and effects of risk pregnant women.Methods 90 risk pregnant women from June 2013 to June 2015 of our hospital were selected and divided into control group（routine nursing）and experimental group （quality nursing）according to different nursing methods.There were 45 cases in each group.The delivery outcomes were observed and the satisfactory degree of nursing was evaluated.Results 42 （93.3%）cases had satisfactory nursing in experimental group and 4（8.9%）cases occurred maternal and neonatal complications. 35（77.8%）cases had satisfactory nursing in experimental group and 12（26.7%）cases occurred maternal and neonatal complications.After nursing，the anxious score and depression score of pregnant women decreased obviously and the decreased degree in experimental group was better than that of control group，and the difference was statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Risk pregnant women have high risk in delivery and carrying out quality nursing has positive meaning.It can enhance nursing service quality，improve psychological state，get satisfactory delivery outcomes and is worth to popularize in clinic.
