Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of high quality nursing service is used in under the thoracoscope linear cutting anastomat surgery which treatment for pulmonary bulla patients.Methods Clinical data of 108 pulmonary bulla patients from September 2012 to September 2015 of our hospital were selected,Patients were divided into control group (n=54)and high quality nursing service group (n=54)according to nursing measures.The incidence rate of complications,hospital stay and satisfaction of pulmonary bulla patients in two groups were observed.Results The pulmonary infection,prolonged air leaks and incidence rate of active bleeding of pulmonary bulla patients in high quality nursing service group were respectively 0,0 and 0,which were lower than were respectively 7.4%,7.4%and 7.4%.The hospital stay of pulmonary bulla patients in high quality nursing service group was(6.8±3.0)d,lower than that was(11.5±2.6)d in control group;The satisfaction was 100%,higher than that was 88.9%in control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing service is used in under the thoracoscope linear cutting anastomat surgery which treatment for pulmonary bulla patients can obvious decrease the incidence rate of complications,enhance patients satisfaction and is worth to popularize and application in clinical.
