Abstract：Objective To adopt the new situation of medical reform,innovate the mode of price supervision and improve the level of price management.Methods Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional price supervision mode,such as single management lag and lack of foresight,the hospital information system(HIS)of a hospital was used to analyze and sum up the charging items,so as to effectively identify the price violations in clinical departments.Results The amount withheld for seven months before and after big data regulation were compared,the total amount of refusing payment decreased from 346 600 yuan to 151 200 yuan,a decrease of 56.4% compared with the previous period,and price related disputes decreased from 8 cases to 2 cases.Conclusion The addition of big data supervision has improved the level of price management,but it still needs to be strengthened in the aspects of information construction,personnel training,comprehensive development of various supervision methods,and improvement of performance management,so as to improve the level of price management,reduce illegal charges,rationalize medical charges and improve patient satisfaction.
