振幅整合脑电图在新生儿化脓性脑膜炎中的应用价值

摘要新生儿化脓性脑膜炎是导致新生儿神经系统后遗症及死亡的主要原因之一，临床表现缺乏特异性，需脑脊液检查确诊。振幅整合脑电图可直接反映和评价新生儿脑发育的成熟度及脑功能的状态，通过对振幅整合脑电图的背景波、睡眠-觉醒周期及痫样放电等分析，有助于对化脓性脑膜炎患儿脑功能进行早期判断，尽早干预，降低致残率，并且可进行预后评估。本文就振幅整合脑电图的判读及其在新生儿化脓性脑膜炎中的临床应用价值进行综述。

Abstract：Neonatal purulent meningitis is one of the leading causes of neurological sequelae and death in newborns.The clinical manifestations are lack of the specificity,therefore it need be diagnosed by the cerebrospinal fluid examination.The maturity of neonatal brain development and brain function can be directly reflected and evaluated by amplitude-integrated electroencephalography.Analyzing the background wave,sleep-wake cycle and epileptic discharge of amplitude-integrated electroencephalography can help to early diagnose the brain function,take early intervention to reduce morbidity,and evaluate the prognosis of neonatal purulent meningitis.This review elaborated the interpretation of amplitude-integrated electroencephalography and its clinical application value in the neonatal purulent meningitis.
