Abstract：Objective To explore and study the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in preventing the complications of tip localization of PICC by electrocardiogram.Methods 100 cases patients with malignant tumor who received treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to random grouping method,the subjects were numbered according to (1-100）, 50 cases were randomly selected as the routine group, the rest as the intervention group,each group had 50 patients.Two groups of patients were used intracavitary electrocardiogram PICC tip positioning method,including routine group application of routine nursing,and the routine group was used routine nursing combined with comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of PICC catheterization and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the PICC catheterization rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05）, and the incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05）.Conclusion In clinical practice, the use of electrocardiogram positioning assisted PICC catheterization in adult cancer patients using comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the PICC tip best position in place rate，while reducing the incidence of complications in patients with catheterization.
