Abstract:Objective To compare the effect and safety of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) and intermittent hemodialysis (IHD) in the treatment of acute kidney injury (AKI). Methods A total of 70 patients with AKI who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected. They were divided into CRRT group and IHD group by random number table method, 35 cases in each group. CRRT group was treated with CRRT, while IHD group was treated with IHD. After 1 week of treatment, score of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ), C-reactive protein (CRP), serum creatinine (Scr), urine volume recovery time and incidence of cardiovascular events in both groups were observed. Results APACHE Ⅱscores, CRP and Scr in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and in CRRT group were lower than that in the IHD group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The urine volume recovery time of CRRT group was shorter than that of the IHD group (P<0.05). the incidence of cardiovascular events in CRRT group was lower than that in IHD group after 1 week of treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of CRRT is significantly better than that of IHD on AKI patients, with few effects on cardiovascular and higher safety.
