氧驱雾化吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的临床效果

摘要目的研究氧驱雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿哮喘急性发作效果及对肺功能的影响。方法选取2017年2月～2018年2月我院收治的94例哮喘急性发作期患儿作为研究对象，根据患儿接受治疗方法分为对照组和观察组，每组各47例。对照组给予常规药物治疗，观察组给予氧驱雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗。比较两组接受治疗后的治疗效果、肺部功能、临床症状缓解时间、住院时间和治疗总满意度。结果经药物治疗后，观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。与治疗前比较，两组的一秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、呼气流量峰值（PEF）和用力肺活量（FVC）均有所改善，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的呼吸困难缓解时间、肺部哮鸣音缓解时间、喘息缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间和住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的治疗总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对哮喘急性发作期的患儿实施氧驱雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗，能有效改善患儿的临床症状，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation of Budesonide in the treatment of acute asthmatic attacks in children and its effect on lung function.Methods 94 children with acute exacerbation of asthma admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled as subjects.According to the treatment methods，the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group，47 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional drug therapy，and the children in the observation group were given oxygen-driven aerosolized inhalation of Budesonide.The therapeutic effects，lung function，time to clinical symptom relief，length of hospital stay，and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After drug treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P ＜0.05）.Compared with before treatment，forced expiratory volume in one second （FEV1），peak expiratory flow（PEF）and forced vital capacity （FVC）were improved in both groups，and the degree of improvement in the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P＜0.05）.The dyspnea relief time，lung wheezing remission time，wheezing remission time，cough remission time and hospitalization time were all shorter in the observation group than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P＜0.05）.The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of children with acute asthmatic episodes by oxygen-driven nebulization and inhalation of Budesonide can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and improve the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of popularization and application.
