Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in neonatal jaundice nursing. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,100 jaundice children who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of jaundice in our hospital were enrolled in this study, they were randomly divided into two groups by using the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care. The jaundice treatment effect, incidence of adverse reactions, negative emotion score of parents and parents′satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98%,which was higher than 84%that in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 2%,was lower than the control group of 14% (P<0.05).After nursing, negative emotion scores (anxiety, depression score)in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing during the neonatal jaundice treatment can effectively prevent jaundice in children, reduce adverse reactions, help to eliminate the negative emotions of parents, and make them more satisfied with the nursing work.
